Overview
The Symphonic Wave is a new symphonic show inspired by the sounds and vibes of the New Wave Era. The show will feature music of groups like The Smiths, New Order, The Cure, Culture Club, and more.
The show unfolds as a lush, atmospheric journey through melancholy, rhythm, and shimmering beauty musically combines synth with symphony.
Featuring a band with keyboards and multiple singers, the instruments in the orchestra from harps to strings will evoke the wistful emotionality of The Smiths adding in classic indie vocals,to create a balance of warmth and romanticism that make their music so iconic.
The same will be done for the synth heavy New Order and the dark, more textured music of The Cure and more.
Audiences will relive and enjoy this amazing music from the 80s and 90s in an entirely new way,
